MDIS installation fails the first time using DKMS

is the same error reported in #344 (closed) but when running command

$ sudo make dkms_install

The error is:

user@host:~/test$ sudo make dkms_install
MDIS is not installed in the system
/opt/menlinux/BUILD/MDIS/TPL/rules.mak:309: *** open: /etc/mdis/mdis_manifest.mnf: No such file or directory.  Stop.
