men_chameleon - FPGA file name not correctly displayed

Problem: With chameleon v0 and v1 FPGAs, cryptic character strings from the random un-initialized memory of the FPGA table are displayed instead of the fpga_file names.

This also means that cryptic characters are used as folder names in the Linux sysfs (/sys/devices/men_chameleon/*) and the folder is therefore not easily accessible via cmdline.

Solution: You set at least a placeholder or a correct empty name for chameleon v0 and v1 FPGAs See corrected "chameleonv2.c" and "Siemens Patch #6" chameleonv2.c
