Fix compilation for vx-works

Filip Jensen requested to merge 7-cjson-incompatible-with-vxworks into mad-dev

Vx-works is not compiling when the cjson bindings are used. Disabled as they are not being used there. https://git.duagon.com/project/13/13mdis/com/tools/fpga_load/-/issues/7
