Adapt Framebuffer Kernel Module 16Z044 to work with IP Core 16Z044 revision 03

This Merge Request bug fixing and changes for adapting the module to work with revision 03 of IP Core 16Z044.

Added fix to avoid kernel crashing after unloading the module men_lx_44, after that, multiple changes done to improve usability/readability as well as adapting the module to work with revision 03 of IP Core 16Z044 that have multiple changes (some registers removed and an others added).

Additionally, the tests for checking that framabuffer module works, have been adapted to use the new configuration (4 bit grayscale with 8 bits per pixel instead of 4 bit grayscale with 4 bits per pixel).
