Update to mdis version 2.07.

Additional changes:

  • KERNEL_ARCH in the file .kernelsettings is set to the content of the variable TARGET_ARCH.
  • The binary files hwbug_cmd_ppc and hwbug_ppc are not used on non PPC platforms. Hence, rm must ignore them, if they do not exist.
